Application Procedure:

1. Follow THIS LINK to complete and submit your online application and non-refundable application fee of $75. Your application is not fully submitted until your application fee is paid. 

2. You will be contacted in early February to schedule a screening appointment. Our family screening dates will take place in February and March on the Headwaters Church campus and last about an hour. Ideally, we ask both parents to attend this screening, along with their student(s).
